My only real complaint is that they can be difficult to get a hold of... but when you're talking about locating your children or small kids bus schedules, that's kind of a big thing. The few times I have spoken with someone, they've always been nice. They also keep a lost and found for items recovered from the busses. It wasn't organized in any way (there's A LOT by winter, lol) but it's still nice that they do for any parents or kiddos looking for missing things.

Had to call milton depot as the bus my son was supposed to be on ran a stop sign and was speeding entire way. He won't be on bus as long as thay driver still in the seat.

Our Elementary students are on the bus for 1.5 hours in the afternoons with 0 response from the bus company. My kids arrive to daycare after 5pm. This impacts our ability to get them to extra curricular activities and negatively impacts our time together as a family. It is also extremely challenging for our 5 year old and 8 year old to sit for an additional 1.5 hours after school. Completely inappropriate. We pay $600 a year and I am fuming at the lack of care and concern they display regarding this problem.
