First & last time flying Frontier😭.... Not only was the flight delayed 3 times and changed from terminals at opposite ends of the airport TWICE, but once we got on board, it was then delayed for another hour and a half. So a total delay of 5+ hours with no communication from the staff of why or updates. Staff complains that they're tired and don't get paid overtime when there are delays (don't care). They're also kinda rude when people ask simple questions about these delays or updates. Plane is out of beverages and snacks & currently writing this review from the plane that still hasn't moved even though we all boarded 2 hours ago. Only good part about this flight is my seat buddy, John. UPDATE: after the pilot said they were cleared for take off, they just turned all the lights back on & informed the plane that we can't leave the gate due to a weight imbalance of the plane and need volunteers to move from the front to the back..... another 20 minutes.

They cancelled our flight 3x and I'm fine with that but I'm giving this rating for the lady at the desk being snarky. I said that I know 3rd time is the charm but I asked if she thought it might be better to select a flight a couple days out. Her nasty remark that she wasn't mother nature and didn't know wasn't necessary. Other flights were taking off so it obviously wasn't the "fog" creating a problem. Our flight was was cancelled the night before for no reason so it obviously wasn't natural causes that resulted in the cancellation and I wasn't able to rebook the flight with the link they sent.

This airline is the epitome of poor customer service and incompetency. So a total delay of nearly 5 hours. After 30 mins of all of us just sitting here with no communication, I asked a blonde flight attendant what the additional delay was. Her answer giggling and laughing was ' I don't know anything... none of us know anything. " Welllll.... if she doesn't know, who does??!! Needless to say...this was my very first time flying Frontier and very last. Not at all worth the cost savings for this type of frustration. P.s. this happened to 2 other flights with Frontier next to us as well. No emergency.... just poor planning and complete lack of consideration for any of the customers who help Frontier and their employees stay in business. Hopefully this Airlines will be shut down. My case is granted today. Thanks to Heena mam and all the staff who saves my time and keeps everything well organized.

100 dollar fee over 1lb of additional luggage, 25 dollar processing fee for the attendant to run my card because I didn't have the app. Bathroom on plane has puke alll over it and was not cleaned. Flight attendance told us not to use call bottons because they were tired. Please spend the extra money up front and never ever fly this airline that makes Spirit look first class.

Don't fly with Frontier.. This company doesn't deserve your money and time.. No Customer service at all.. Flights being canceled for no reason. You have to wait for your Luggage up to 4 hours at the airport, before any actions would be taken...
