Horrible company with poor operation. You can expect cancellations and delays without adequate explanation, compensation, nor willingness/ability to help the passengers to solve the troubles due to Frontiers’ incompetence. Our last flight was cancelled 1 hour before departure and the next flight they offer was in 2 days. The company sent you $100 voucher which is no where near the extra cost for staying extra two days. They don’t have any airline alliance so they can’t rebook you with another airline. We rebooked ourselves and cost us $700 more to book last minute.

I recently flew with Frontier Airlines from St. Louis to Orlando, and it was a very disappointing experience. According to Frontier’s own website, a personal item can be up to 14” H x 18” W x 8” D, but during boarding at the gate, I was told my bags didn’t qualify and was charged $200 for two bags even though they clearly met the listed size limits. The gate agents didn’t give me any time to make an online payment and insisted on charging the higher gate fee. When I mentioned the website dimensions, they said they were “not sure about what’s on the website.” This feels unfair and misleading, especially for first-time Frontier customers. It seems like a tactic to charge extra at the gate. Overall, it left me with a very bad impression of the airline.

This airline is a hit or a miss! U can either get a really good price or a really good flight, not usually can u get both😩🤣!! Pick your poison and enjoy your vacation but be flexible! Stay ready so u don’t have to get ready!!!

Worst airline ever. No back up plans, lost a lot of money and part of my vacations due to their inability to properly operate. Offered no compensation of any kind for their lack of professionalism. 1st time and last time ever flying with them.

It all worked out for the better and the flight was cheap . The service was horrible and both of my flights to and from PHX Arizona. They had a 6 hour layover which caused me to miss my rental car . When I asked the supervisor how to take care of it he basically told me I was screwed. I had to find my own way to the shuttle stop and wait for 2 hours until they opened. I finally got to them and they wouldn't let me use my card for my deposit. I ended up having to use the emergency credit card that I luckily had. It was a cheap flight but they screw you every other way. The whole ordeal was a hassle and I was becoming very perturbed, and I am mostly very patient. Luckily the guy in front of me was not nice and had a few choices of words for them and got in their face about it , and that seemed to work better than being polite , because we were on the same flight and had the same issue only I was patient and he wasn't , so if you fly for these people do not let them shrug you off. Get loud and make an issue about it ... Because that's apparently the only thing that gets through their thick skulls .I did receive a $75 voucher for a future flight which I don't know how that will work or when I will be able to use it so we'll see how that goes and maybe I can update the review and let it go a little better but as for now I wouldn't recommend this unless you were just broke and it's your only option.
