Horrible place. They lost a box of mine and will not respond to inquiries. Bobby Adams, the alleged warehouse manager, doesn't answer his phone or emails. I waited around the warehouse for two days, only to find that they had apparently shipped my box on the wrong load. I was one of several angry customers waiting around for hours because of the gross incompetence of these clowns. Do not entrust any deliveries to this company.

One of the worst facility i have ever seen in my entire life. They give you a dock but never start unloading. just do not take loads with delivering to this facility.

absolutely terrible customer (dis)service. called to confirm an import department email, repeated it back to her, and she said "duh"... really? this place is a joke.
