SCAM DO NOT BOOK WITH THESE GUYS. After I booked and paid, I was told that due to AIrport Fees instead of $100, it was going to be $250.00 and it's going to cost me $50 to cancel. -0- Stars would be more accurate.

They are big scammers. Do not book any flights through them. You will loose your money. For me they booked four tickets with Spirit Airlines and debited money from my account two months earlier to my travel dates. Later they cancelled my tickets without my notice. I was not aware of this cancellation till my travel date and just a day before my travel date I came to know about this cancellation. When I asked them (Forbiser), they said we don't know who cancelled this and I checked with Spirit Airlines they shared the email ID from which the cancellation happened. And that was this Fraud Forbiser team which they booked my tickets and cancelled them. But Forbiser were not accepting this and they escaped from answering my calls and didn't respond for anything. Especially a person named "Alex" was very rude to cover his mistakes of this whole incedent. All the team members of Forbiser are Frauds and they loot my money without returning a single $. I lost my time and money with this Fraud company. Please don't book any tickets through this (Forbiser) company.

Booked a flight never got confirmation. Called to figure out what happened and was told I had to pay a $50 cancellation fee or another flight that would be $400. On top of that the guy wouldn’t stop speaking over me. The worst customer service I have EVER experienced.

UPDATE: they canceled my flight and took my money. I guess that what happenes when you take a chance 😂:——————————————————————I mean it’s pretty sketchy but I got the cheapest tickets I could find. Took them a day or two to get me my tickets and when they called the prices went up but still cheapest I could find. Poor English but it worked out in the end. Sometimes you gotta take a chance 🤷🏼‍♂️

SCAM!!!! Firstly there's a Mexican guy who has zero knowledge as to what he's doing. They have no office or official location....just look them up on google maps. They have no Instagram or Tiktok page....there phone number is not assigned and they only respond on WhatsApp. Scam Scam ❗ There are multiple people talking in the background and not professionally , just chit chat in different languages. They video call you randomly to try and see your face without your permission. I'm having them sorted out as we speak tho. They wont be heard from in a few weeks😈
