I have never been here before today. I had already pre-printed a label and had it taped to my box, ready to go. I walked in, handed the gentleman my package, he scanned it and gave me a receipt and sent me on my way. It was pretty easy, and there was no line to deal with, unlike the UPS store, which is always slammed. It was also nice to make sure that my expensive package was handed to a person and not put into a box. I was pleased with my experience here, and I will be back.

This is NEVER ok. It's against the law, it's disrespectful to the disabled community and it shows lazy drivers.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Not only did they deliver my package to the wrong house for the second time, but they made it near impossible to speak with anyone. When I googled how to speak to a live person they sent me to someone overseas whom I couldn't even understand. They're trying to send me through 100 changes to get my package replaced or a refund. I did my part and paid for a product and service. The sender did They're part by confirmation the correct address. Fed ex will not take responsibility and at least help me to try and recoup damages. Picture is enclosed because as soon as I pulled it up I knew they had the wrong house. I don't not have any type of welcome mat on my porch. $130 down the drain because I can't get anything from Fed ex except for the run around. Haven't been able to reach the sender. I don't know about you but I certainly don't have $130 to waste or give away. Package came from China. Shame on you Fed ex

They are not clear on when your package will be to you specially if it's been missed on signature they can't contact driver to check on anything they will tell you the same thing and it's not true I am in the same situation as the other lady about signing for a package
