Horrible.... The shipper transposed the address and fedex called to clarify and yet they still couldn't deliver the package... 2 days later still no delivery. You would think the driver would be able to see that the address didn't exist and after they called and were given the correct address they would be able to deliver the package. But where did the package go? Not to the business that paid for it...

This is the third time fedex let me down they were suppose to bring a package for me but they delivered it else but we recognized their door where fedex had delivered it but those guys straight up that they didn’t receive any package so fedex express please teach your employees the difference between “9201” n “5816” these numbers not even close enough to be mistaken

Ordered a pack that has to be signed. Unfortunately it has to be signed for and the system won’t let me just go to the distribution center to go sign there & pick it up. Delayed another 3 days.
