Someone internally stole my package worth over $800 and no one really seems to care. I watch how they received it in the warehouse. Faked a non present delivery. Checked it back in, then put out on a delivery hold to buy them time. All with zero reaction from Fed ex internally. I kept getting told to call the 800 number. File a claim, called the sender and now I’m sitting outside the warehouse and was told it’s been so long since the package got to the warehouse that it’s probably gone. Basically sorry.. call the 800 number. This place really needs to be looked at for an internal crime ring of high value packages. The crime ring inside the warehouse really knows the system and internally they don’t really care.

Not once, but twice, FedEx driver(s) attempted to leave me a package and when they submitted the photo of the “no answer ticket” on the door, it wasn’t even my door. My wife and I walked our entire street looking for the front door that they posted it on, and it wasn’t anywhere on my street. When I called the FedEx number in Ashland, Mark told me that none of the drivers are able to be contacted by phone to make a correction. It’s 2025… We should not be having these type of errors. And what company sends their drivers out with no way to contact them? Terrible drivers. I wouldn’t ship anything with FedEx if my life depended on it.

Driver dropped a package off, a mile away from my home, and a photo of a package, on a row of mailboxes. The moment I got the notification (roughly 45 minutes after driver said it was delivered), I raced to the mailbox to find zero package. Now, they won't even return my calls. This happens at virtually every package from FedEx. Package had a customized gift for mother's day. And now a replacement won't arrive until after mother's day. If it goes through FedEx, I probably won't even receive that, either.

Fed ex drivers lie about delivering packages. We was home all day. Why lie and say I wasn't home.

The FedEx dispatch team in this area is terrible. I’ve lost more than $1,500 worth of high-value packages, and over six packages have gone missing since last year. Just this week, two of my packages were stolen by a FedEx driver. Even when a direct signature is required, they never call or let you sign—instead, the driver signs their own name. Package theft within this FedEx location is rampant and out of control.
