Never ship with FedEx Freight unless you appreciate being charged for services not provided, lied to and being treated with apathy and disrespect. Use any freight company other than this horrible organization. An order was placed for tile with specific instructions that an appointment must be made as processing and shipping were expected to take over 30 days. No appointment was ever made. Both our community and home cctv cameras show that mo delivery attempt was made on the date they claim they attempted delivery. No call was made to the number referenced in the order but some driver for FedEx freight felt that he was justified writing that he attempted delivery to our property; which is a lie at around ~11:56am and left at 12pm. I guess that his lunch break on a Friday was worth charging me $327 for not feeling like doing his job. I have the utmost respect for delivery individuals and have worked with many over the years but have never experienced such dubious behavior before. I’ve also never seen a company that seems to condone and support fraud like FedEx Freight. I’m disgusted that my attempts to amicably resolve this issue have fallen on rude and disrespectful ears. I think that that I spoke to people on my numerous calls but their apathy was more in line with robots that humans. I will never use FedEx freight again for my business or home, nor will my husband or hopefully anybody that I tell my story to. I thought that FedEx was a reputable company but it turns out that they are acting like criminals and scammers and have no regards for their customers. Please don’t let them scam you like they scammed us. Use any other company. I would give as many negative stars as I could fit in a review if I could. What a waste of time and money.

I wish I could find the corporate number to give my 5 star review. Courtney from call center is amazing and professional. Jimmy the manager is a true leader and professional. Peter C the driver is an outstanding and careful person who cared enough to make sure I got my package. Safely. Stephanie the Bakersfield manager is very professional and kind . Stephanie called to make sure everything was delivered . Fedex is absolutely the best at customer service.I am so happy with the extent Fedex employees went through to correct the misunderstanding. I hope Courtney, Jimmy, Peter and Stephanie are recognized and rewarded by their company. They truly take their job dedication with Fedex to the next level. Thank you Fedex team .

This station has canceled our pickups on several occasions without making us aware. They use excuses that have no logic. One example is that there is severe weather conditions when it is 76 degs and sunny. When management is made aware (Kevin) nothing is done. No professionalism from this location.
