I agree with all the previous posted reviews. Don't book a flight through this company. Its a bait and switch. Booked online for one price and the website showed it was being processed and gave us a website ID number for the flight. Called the next day because we hadn't received a confirmation email and customer services told us we were only on a wait list for that price and that if we wanted to fly out of the same time and place it would be another $1,300 for flight tickets. Total scam!!!~

Will never use again. Low price offered to bait you in. Received a call after purchase that flight was no longer available as offered. Higher price offered. After payment I received my new itinerary with long layover. The day before my family trip I started I received an automated email from Delta stating I could check in. I started the check in process and my itinerary was invalid. I called for assistance from travel agency. I was told I'd receive a call back in 3-4 hours. Instead of waiting I went straight to the airport and got assistance. They struggled to validate my itinerary but found it. They stated that the reservation was rebooked by the agent to a complete different place and country. They said my seats were already sold. A Delta manager assisted and validated my original itinerary. They were able to squeeze us on the flight. They stated it was a good thing I came to the airport 1 day before my flight or we wouldn't of got on. Don't fall for this travel agency scam. They never called me back as promised 3-4 hours. What a joke.

Zero stars actually. Definitely a bait n switch operation. I dealt with them twice. First time, they got me because I cared to book tickets and had bo choice but to paY the extra $112. Next time they quoted me $215 online but by phone $586. I cancelled booking and they've called me back 6 times with new lower prices but still not the original. Shame on sites like CHEAPFLIGHTS COM that send you to them. STAY AWAY.

I would not recommend to a SOUL, not to my worst enemy. This place is horrible! Website says one thing when you book it, THEN they call you call you five minutes later saying flight isn’t available and make you pay more. They are terrible to deal with and are so frustrating. DO NOT GO THROUGH THIS PLACE!

Do not use this place!!!! It is a bait and switch scam!!!!!! Customer service is a joke, every layer of management was yelling at me that I wasn’t listening. They told me the flight we booked was no longer available and wanted us to pay an outrageous 600$ more per seat. They wouldn’t refund my money without an awful long drawn out phone call. Nasty people to have to deal with. We would never recommend ANYONE ever use this SCAMMING company ever!!!!!!!!!!!
