I purchased two tickets for my sons to fly home for a funeral. When the boys got to the airport, the ticket agent informed them that I had been scammed and no reservation was there for them. Thankfully with the assistance of the agent at the airport we were able to get the boys on another flight. It was over $1000. This is disgusting. How do you live with yourself? I have to ask. Please don't use this company it's completely bogus!

I am extremely disappointed with my experience. The website showed one ticket price, but when we tried to actually purchase, the amount suddenly changed and was much higher. To make things worse, the payment was listed as non-refundable. We immediately reached out to customer service and spent more than an hour explaining the situation, but the representative we spoke to Noah extension number 2037 he is supervisor, was completely unhelpful and showed no willingness to resolve the issue. In the end, we lost our money and didn’t even receive the tickets. This is unacceptable and feels like a dishonest practice. A company that sells tickets should be transparent, fair, and supportive of its customers, but instead, we were left feeling frustrated, cheated, and helpless. I will never use this service again and strongly advise others to be very careful before trusting this website with their money

Please please please stay away from them. They will lure you into cheaper rates on their website and later tell you these are not confirmed seats and push you to buy with extra money double than you already paid. On top of that, they won’t let you cancel even if you don’t want to buy their extra addons and threat you to loose original payment. I wish I could give them -5000 stars. Buy elsewhere!!!

I booked with them an Air Canada flight and they make AC look like the good guys! Within minutes of my booking I got a call explaining the restrictions of my ticket. I explained I understood it was non-refundable, non -changeable and no checked luggage. Standard for a cheap flight. Nope, agent declared , it’s no carry on at all and a standby flight.i was like I am not buying any extras so agent promised to call me back within the hour with my booked flight (like I paid, why are you taking like it’s a favour and it takes an hour to book my flight- where is my flight- you sent me a confirmation!?!) That’s when I caught on the deceiving tactic, upselling and total scam of an organization. An hour later, sure enough, agent called again and declared AC rescheduled the flight to 3 days later. As if. They never booked the flight in the first place. I hope none of your managers/ owners and staff sleep at night after frauding all day

This company is a Scam. Don’t even try to buy any tickets from them. I purchased a round trip flight ticket and they told me it hasn’t been confirmed and they said I should pay extra $210 to book a date that I didn’t want or plan to fly to. They said the money I paid is non refundable. We have to do something about this. They’re a thief with an LLC and it should be revoked from them.

I booked a "discounted" flight for $168.83, but after confirming my reservation, they called to say I didn’t have a seat secured. They pressured me to "upgrade" to basic economy for a total of $320.29 and I only had to pay the difference from the original payment of $168.83. When I checked the United Airlines website, the same ticket was only $242 for basic economy. Fareporto was overcharging me by $77.89. To make matters worse, the website kept blocking me from checking the ticket details, and they kept telling me to “refresh” it and send a screenshot with proof that united had the ticket for only $242 and not $320 like they were claiming, after I would refresh the page like they told me the website would say the ticket was not available, it’s as if they were doing something to block the website. When I complained, their customer service was aggressive and tried to blame United Airlines for the extra charge. However, the charges were split—$242 from United and $77.89 from AskTrvo, which I later realized was Fareporto’s fee. Eventually, after I threatened to leave a bad review, they refunded the overcharge, but this experience was frustrating and clearly a scam. I strongly advise against booking through them.
