I flew into the Duluth Airport from Chicago ORD and it definitely was a shift in airport size but it made it super easy to find the exit and meet with the person I was meeting up. I also came back to the airport to take the Landline bus connected with Sun Country Airlines and had to get the boarding passes at the counter which was a very quick process. Airport is quite clean, well organized, and even though some areas don’t have signs of where things are, it’s inevitable you’ll find it.

Very efficient flow though and the TSA were courteous. We had a very good breakfast croissant sandwich (one of the best I've ever had)before boarding our flight, plus they had my favorite mixed berry yogurt parfait!
