Horrible customer service. Unable to answer simple questions about whether they all a sneaker brand. was put on hold multiple times. Had to call back they put me on hold without saying hello. Had to call back and still didn’t get an answer. Are these teenagers that incompetent?!

Erin helped me in the cleats section and I told her I was on a time crunch. She was super quick and sufficient and was very caring about our needs. Hard to find great workers like that these days. She deserves a well earned raise 👏

This Dick's Sporting Goods store has added new features. A climbing wall and a huge outdoor running track and baseball ⚾ field. It has a huge selection of clothes and shoes 👟. What stands out is the variety of kayaks and accessories. Have fun trying to sneak out of the store with one under your arm! It seems this store has the highest ceilings in the entire mall. They have an elevator 🛗 between floors. Prices are high. My friend, she was looking for a new 🆕 pair of sneakers. They had different styles and brands, all expensive . Even the clearance was expensive 🫰.

I want to thank Luke who took time to help us pick out amazing beach ready necessities. He went above and beyond with customer service. If the color wasn’t available he made sure to check the back stock and pull whatever was available and he called other store locations to check availability. There was no one to serve me. I waited 40 minutes to be served. What bad service, and besides me, there were four more people waiting in the soccer area.
