Map wanted to take me to the old location and could not find new location anywhere. Called the office and was given directions by staff, which was helpful. Suggested an edit on Google maps so hopefully no one else gets lost. New location (26.5251547, -81.7654162)

Huge thank you to the DFW United cargo team, particularly Tamika and Amparo Gonzales who is the cargo manager. I had an issue getting my passport delivered to me when it was supposed to (from a different company) and the Dallas cargo team were so patient, attentive, and kind and went above and beyond to get me my passport so I could take my trip. I was in the airport and was unsure I’d be able to get on my flight to go on an incredibly important trip and Amparo brought my passport to me at the airport which was beyond courteous. She made my day, my trip, and I am eternally grateful for her being so empathetic to help rectify a mistake that was not even her doing. I spoke with Tamika who is also based out of the Dallas UA cargo team early in the morning and heard me out and did everything in her power to help me. It is so wonderful to know that there are hard working people who not only do well at their jobs, but really take the time to connect with and care for the people they are serving. There are not enough words to express the gratitude and respect I have for the UA cargo team who helped me when I had no other options. Thank you, thank you, thank you Tamika and Amparo!!! Your dedication, humanity, empathy, and hard work do not go unnoticed and we are so lucky to have people like you working tirelessly for your customers!!

Hard place to find. But once you have the staff is very professional for whatever your picking up. I was picking up my new puppy and they were kind and courteous and didn’t make me wait.

The prices are ridiculous $563.00 and employees are rude and they dang sure don't take good care of your pets while they are in their care my poor dog was shaking when we went to pick her up from the cargo airport they didn't feed her or give her any water her balnket was wet so I know they never let her out of her crate or even check in on her and this was her first time flying they will never have us for a customer ever again that's for dang sure you all are monsters..

This will be the last flight I book with your airline, as I would rather choose to fly with Spirit. I am also in the process of canceling my credit card associated with your services. The delays I encountered during my travels from Detroit to Fort Myers were unacceptable and frustrating. Additionally, the rudeness displayed by your staff only exacerbated the situation. As a long-time customer, I expected a much higher standard of service. It is disheartening to see an airline that prides itself on being the best sliding down the scale in my opinion. I urge you to take immediate action to improve your scheduling and customer service
