Generally they are a good place to ship cargo. Sometimes rough around the edges with extra hold time at counter and dock. But usually a good place to ship cargo with generous hours and days to ship items. Pricing is reasonable usually and can track cargo.

I looked forward to coming home; however, I had a very disappointing experience as a way to welcome my family and I home. We had a connecting flight and had to have our luggage re-checked in San Francisco, but the person that checked in our luggage failed to connect our luggage to our flights home. That wasn't the worst part, when we got home, we waited 1 hour for all of the luggage to arrive and it didn't arrive- it was stuck in San Francisco. However, the worst part was, a staff member named Jay that worked in the Delta baggage claim area. We asked for help with finding our luggage. He was extremely disrespectful, rude, aggressive, and had a dissatisfying attitude. He raised his voice at my mother and refused to let us talk and did not listen to anything that we had to say. He said, "I don't need any explanations." He continued to cut off and interrupted my mother who will now have a horrible memory of her travel experience. He also chose to interject his opinions on what happened and at the end, he passed us off to someone that ended up resolving the problem for us because he couldn't do it. Out of all of this bad experience, the worst part of this was Jay's attitude. Dear Delta Airlines, I have had to write two negative reviews in the same month for two of your staff members, if your goal is to create a better, positive experience, can you please listen to our feedback, correct the problem with your staff members' attitude, and hire people with better attitudes? I thank you for your time.
