I would post a five star if only my luggage didn't get destroyed. I bought a suitcase right before my trip to Dallas Texas. Went there for 10 days to visit family. On my way back to Spokane my suitcase got ripped on the entire bottom of it from the not so gentle care of the airline. I paid 70.00 dollars on the suitcase not thinking it was the only time I will be able to use it. Makes it an expensive trip. unfortunate
