Have three excellent customer service persons Plus several average. New employees get modest support from senior employees. Obviously the employees get practically no customer service training. Do not know how to properly greet and work with customers. But they are in sincere in their efforts.

I've been here 10 times in the past 12 months. I've never had a single problem and the staff is usually very friendly.

I didn't manage to get the guys name at the front desk but, he was every helpful. I was delivering a empty casket to a funeral home in liberty..

Arrived at 4:00 am. They do not open until 5:00 am Mon- Friday. Not sure what time they open on Sat & Sun. Just an FYI.

This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had trying to ship something and we missed our deadline because of the incompetence!! Had a prepaid Air Waybill from a verified shipper, and in the middle of the guy processing / verifying shipment, the supervisor called and said he needed to drive over to a ramp to do something else immediately, kicked me out of office to lock the door because no one else was there and told me to come back. I tried to get a supervisors contact info, but couldn’t get it.
