Delta Cargo provided an awesome experience with picking up my koi fish that were delivered. They were very thorough and quick to process everything and assisted me in loading my heavy box. Would most definitely use then again!

I picked up 2 alpine dairy goats that flew in from Washington state via Delta Cargo. As far as the flight experience goes, the goat kids have no comment, but both arrived in good shape and full of energy when they got to our house. Locating the bay for pick-up was not easy; although it is on the map, the signage at the airport does not tell you which carriers are located in the assigned cargo pick-up areas and there are 2 exits. Delta is in the first group (1-3) off of Air Express Road. It shares a suite with a few other carriers whose signs are less prominent than the FedEx markings that dominate the building row. Pick-up was simple: share the air waybill # and photo ID. I could hear the goats bleating from their kennel so I knew they were nearby! The staff brought the kennel to the edge of the loading bay and offered to help get it into the back of my car, but it was light enough to move on my own. They were pleasant and it was a quick transaction. Faster than picking up chicks at the post office!

No one showed up for work till 6:45 then told my cargo was late and had to catch a later flight. Poor service and rude. Don't use this place if u can help it

It's a miserable location to drop off an animal or pick one up. Staff would be described as less than friendly and not helpful even if you need help opening a door to get an animal in or out they don't even extend the effort I hope I never have to go to this place again

The service was fast, the ladies we very nice and professional. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Thank you
