This should be a 0 star but unfortunately I have to select a star to leave a review. Our experience with delta airlines cargo has been a nightmare. They were hired to transport my uncles body remains from Raleigh to Mexico, due to their incompetence they lost the paperwork they received in Raleigh for transport. So my uncle has been stuck in Atlanta for two days now, today we were told they had found documents and come to find out it was all lies because he has still not been sent. The level of incompetence and lack of assistance provided so far is mediocre at best. Can't get in touch with anybody that has any decisions making authority so we keep getting the run arounds.

Poor service, the rep on the phone was so rude and hang up on me. I was supposed to pick up my cargo from their office, they never called me after a week to let me know if my cargo arrived or not and when I did call them, but they wanted me to go to customs office before I come to their office and pay them handling charges after paying for shipping. Why do I pay u when I am doing your job?

Delta cargo and Customs are linked in getting cargo delivered. Its a pain what l went through. Customs had cleared the cargo by opening it before sending it to Delta cargo. But l still have to leave Delta cargo and walked at the airport to Terminal 2 to Customs office just to be there! Its just too much hassle. Once customs clears cargo and send it to Delta cargo, it should be ready for customer to pick up at Delta cargo. And the package have been at Delta cargo for 3 days, and they did not notify customer of it fof pick up. Thats just poor administration.

Super patient and super helpful.i usually use the one in Virginia but had to use them on one occasion and they are much better than the people I have to deal with in VA.
