I had a great experience flying Delta Air Lines at this airport. The flight attendants were very kind and attentive to our needs. We were also provided with dinner and breakfast. The seats in first class were roomy, and the televisions provided nice entertainment.

Delta has lost it integrity and focusing on the profits and forgetting about the customers greed makes a company go broke specially when the investors take control our the board decides to worry about numbers more than the customer s when its the customer s that keep the company running over 100 years and been amazing know all these changes are putting a sour taste into loyal customers from the changes to skymiles earned to tiers that are not helpful at all let alone seats need more cushion as well these are factors that will hinder the longevity of the company if something works why change it the system that was in place before was great worked great but someone in your board thought it was a good idea to let greed get the best of them tarnishing the integrity and longevity of the company outrages prices for flight s u are lucky the faa does not come down on you for this antics please make it for the customers again the ones that keep this company running like it has been for another 10 more decades do not become spirit airlines

Our flight home was delayed twice at Mexico City, once for a medical and once because a volcano stated erupting west of the city lol Our delay reached about 80 minutes and our Pilot and crew kept us updated regularly. By the time we reached Minneapolis Delta had overnight arrangements available with food allowance and an early morning flight to our destination set up. Staff was very considerate and friendly despite being asked to stay late to accommodate us. In all three of our flights were on Delta, and I would fly Delta again.

Staff was late. Pilots called a "No Carry On" because they felt it would speed things up because flight attendent was late. Then you see they allowed boarding group 1 - 4 bring there carry on. We are now our seat for 30 + minutes. No take off. Plenty of room to put bags in over head I counted more than 6 open bins and told them we are unhappy with delta etc. Funny thing was Lady In First Class said I should create an x account and do a nice blast otherwise this problem just goes in the suggestion box which results in nothing.

6/10/2024 Stopped across the road from this place. Just waiting to pick up my wife from terminal two. Never entered the building. I did see a really neat fountain in the front of the building. Delta shuttle buses were picking up workers, taking them to who knows where! Looked like a nice clean office building.
