I really love their staff. I’ve traveled with them several times and they are always super helpful and make the process very smooth. 100% recommended!

I have flown twice with this company and both times my luggage was left behind. Worst airline imaginable , they allow certain people to bring up to 20 luggages , filling up the plane . Its all a scheme, today a 90 year old man was left with nothing because all his items were left behind. My sister left without medicine for our grandma , a woman who had a birthday present for her daughter left with nothing . This is not an airline for passengers , its for delivery boys. If you don't find a way to control the chaos this company will never flourish . So much potential yet so little respect . I will tell everybody i know to make sure they don't have the misfortune of flying with cuba-azul . Your competitors have taken the lead.

This was my first and last time Flying with this charter. My daughter and I were strand on the airport for almost 12hrs. ( checkin 4:30am, flight 8:30am, delayed until 2:45pm) With all the fees they charge is better going in a big airline( at least for a regular person with 1-2 checked bags) Never received any explanation about why the delays.

I recently visited Cubazul’s new office and found it to be very clean, welcoming, and well-organized. Initially, I had some doubts based on the website, so decided to pass by since I was near the area. The agents were incredibly helpful and answered all the questions and doubts I had. I also loved the option to chat via WhatsApp, I think it’s such a convenient feature for those of us who prefer not to talk on the phone. I look forward to booking in the future. For now, a great experience with excellent customer service!

This is the 2nd time I've used them and both times they have been extremely late, they don't communicate with us, and refunds or credits..forget it. They don't care. We will never use this company again and we will make sure ALL of our family and friends are aware.
