    We happily booked our last several cruises through this agency. In 2019, we found ourselves pregnant and called them to see if this would impact our travel. If it weren't for their fast action advocating for us, we might have lost all the $$ we spent for our cruise. The good people at CTC called the cruise line on our behalf as soon as they new we were expecting and got them to accept us moving our cruise date up without exorbitant fees, since we would be too far along in the pregnancy to be able to cruise on the original date booked. Very satisfied and send all of our friends here!

    We just returned from our first cruise and can't thank CTC travel for helping make it very successful. Everything went smoothly and we had a great time because CTC took care of the details beforehand. We will definitely use them again.

    We have had nothing but a terrible experience with this company. Hardly anything we have been told has been true. EX: Hey great news, your getting a $3900 credit. Oh wait... That isn't true and you owe us another $800.... It's been a JOKE.

    Always to the to go side for baked goods. They never let me down. Fresh,moist and portions are large. Even the smallest cake is enough for four.. Devil eggs are good, they have them almost every day. Some different cookies than regular bakeries. They have been in business over 60years

    One of the most incompetent services I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with, and I don't just mean one of the most incompetent travel agencies, I mean literally one of the single worst business/company/entrepreneurial entities I've ever had to consult to perform a simple task. Our travel agent, whom I can only assume must have been extremely drunk or high when he booked our flights, couldn't even bother with the basic task of researching how the airline services he used organized their seats, so he just called them up and said, "Yeah, give me 38A, 39A, 38F, 39F. that's enough letters and numbers that sound the same to me that I'm sure it'll be fine." So while he was booking us in a way that yards of distance existed between all 4 of us, he did seem to have some oddly consistent fervor in making sure our seats were at the back of the plane in all 5 of our flights as to prolong the time in which we could get on and exit the plane despite the fact that we booked months in advance. And if that weren't enough, they failed to contact us about a change in time for one of our flights which is required by law, but there's apparently very little recourse that exists for customers to actually do anything about this. I could go on about a litany of things that they also messed up on our cruise, but the agent in charge of our trip is moving to California, and they don't seem to care whatsoever to compensate us for any of these inconveniences. I only wish there existed ratings lower than 1 star to give this abysmal company for their horrible service.
