Extremely poor patience, understanding, lack of care if your not a agency or law firm so if you're a regular person do not call them, and poor customer service. I called was polite greeted him said my name and asked if they serve the court of appeals and attorney general motions exhibits etc. Justin stated yeah it's just a matter of picking it up and he stuttered "I'm sorry what was your name what firm are you with?" As if he didn't clearly hear my name the first time, it seemed it was to learn more so that he could see if he even wanted to take this job seriously or be fake and nice if I turned out to be a firm or a business. But I mentioned my name and he said are you a attorney I think he asked , and I said no I do help on court cases but in this case I'm just a power of attorney I thought I could serve these myself but I have used courier services in the past for political campaigns. So after saying that, I asked so you do serve courts great again he stated yes we would just go pick it up... I said no I have the documents I would need to get them to you by scanning them he said oh I'm sorry I wasn't understanding yes you could scan them you would just need to figure out if they accept copies. I said okay yes I'll call them then I ask do you all charge by the amount of paper? (As a customer I'm trying to learn around the amount it'll cost). He says yes but we're busy get it all figured out then call us back, I said I do I could share with you the amount of papers, I just have to call them about if they accept copies. He said you know what yeah just find someone else to do it. He seemed to have changed once he found out I wasn't a business because I can guarantee you he wouldn't do this to a business. Little does he know I have work like a business and he lost money for his company being of poor character. I understand one could say "well he was trying to tell you to get your answer from the court first" but I'm already aware the court would it's just I agreed to call the court to make sure, as I've served other courts but I didn't want to assume court of appeals will take copies. I think that's what he was mad about now, because others had no problem sharing what the cost might be, I was like any customer just asking about a quote so I can make a move once I call him back, but wow he has a short fuse and dealing with people's important paperwork while he is out in the field and treating a person who is not a business like this once he learned I wasn't a business says a lot and it serves him right to lose my business as well as my recommending his business I have 4 businesses I could have shared his info with, so I thank him for showing his true colors, but being that they're a business he may not treat them the same way still I couldn't recommend anyone with this character. Anyway you all have a great day and sow into companies that care, who don't lie who has good character who you can trust, who won't answer if they are truly busy so when you ask a usual question they wont be at around the bush, work with companies who would take message when they are busy instead of giving the caller the impression they aren't busy but once they feel they aren't important business they tell you to go elsewhere. And that's his right to do that but if you all would have heard that conversation you'd think to yourself well he woke up on the wrong side that could have went better.

CourierOne process servers are amazing! Our law firm is located in the Pacific Northwest. We had a case where we needed service in Richmond, Virginia.
