    My experience was bad, I sent a document from Panama to Havana-Cuba on July 26, to the embassy, ​​for an urgent immigration procedure, they informed me that it would arrive in 24 to 48 hours both in the office and in the call center, today is already August 2 "7 days later" and it still has not reached the consul. I am about to lose a very important immigration procedure and no one can redeem me for that failure. How sad, I have called countless times and they tell me they will contact me which never happens. I have checked the code and they have not updated the position of the package since Friday, July 29. Terrible, expensive and with misleading advertising. 7 days and it doesn't arrive.
