My friend and I flew “Business Class” style for my bday vacation to Panamá. Definitely different built planes between JFK Copa to Panamá Copa. I would personally prefer Copa Panamá than JFK due to a HUGE difference with the seating. Although JFK Copa gave some room, but Panamá Copa, top freaking tier. The tv screens were bigger as well. Now the food on JFK Copa flight was hitting, Panamá Copa can do a little bit better. Overall, from the services and cleanliness of the flight, I was pretty pleased and will fly with them again. Despite the language barrier, I was still able to navigate with the services.

I travel a lot, and this was the very first time I tried Copa Airlines and I am horrified by what they made me go through! I had tickets with a seat number and when I got to check in they told me I have standstill and by the gate I’ll get a seat number. I get to the gate which was over a 20 min walk they tell me the flight is full and put me on to a flight 5 hours later! Their service is horrible! No one to talk too! DONT USE COPA!!

I have traveled many times through COPA airline Its a nice airline, staff is good, affordable rates, almost always on time. I had an issue whenever I am traveling from Brazil to USA, can’t request special meal like vegetarian or vegan if on Economy class. The Special meals are only available for other classes.

It’s freaking ridiculous the way your ground personnel and ramp workers handle the luggage I landed in flight # 804 at 11:09 pm and its12:57 am and we still don’t get carousel 7 moving. Stupid.

Lost my luggage for over a month. After the fact communication was horrible with false promises from everyone I spoke to. They gave me a number to call where no one ever answered. I had to go digging for a customer service number where everyone I spoke to just said “you are speaking to the wrong person but didn’t put me in contact with the correct department.” Unorganized and unprofessional. They said I will have to wait until another department contacts me for a refund on the cost of checking my luggage. Probably will take a few more weeks and a lot of complaining on my part.

In 21 century you still need to call them to use your airline credits. You find your flight with good price . But noooo - you need to call them instead using it online. Wait for them hours to get available consult and after they say different price of ticket. I have travelled in 40 countries and never experienced anything like this. They say higher price on ticket which you see online available but cheaper . Never ever use their service.
