Pathetic service. They required a signature for delivery so we agreed to receive the package for a friend of ours who was out of town. Dispatch called the morning of delivery and was advised to call prior to arrival so we could put the dogs in the house. Also requested that driver assist in sliding package from the back of his truck into my truck instead of dropping onto the driveway. So driver didn't call, dropped package and didn't get signature. When contacting dispatch the attitude was also pathetic, basically was told too bad, package was delivered, have no idea who signed for package and driver is not coming back. Classless operation!

Contracted through a Etailer for my delivery. Called me one day to say they couldn't deliver it the next as originally told because it had damage on it they needed to inspect. Called me back two days later to schedule it for the next day - when I asked about the damage they just blew me off. With that kind of notice - I wasn't available. I have been waiting almost a month for the delivery, and it still hasn't happened. Called the company I purchased the piece of furniture from and they were less than helpful because they had to call SEKO. They said to get a return call from SEKO could take DAYS. In this era of customer service and technology - how is that possible?

Cancelled my delivery an hour before it was to be made. Not a day before an hour before thus requiring me to be available and waste another day waiting. They had the product on the truck but because they took too long doing other deliveries ran out of time and decided my delivery wasn't important and took it 3 hours back to the warehouse. Terrible company.

My sons dirt bike has been sitting in their delivery terminal for a week and hasn't moved. Ive called 100 times with no answer, their mailbox is full so you cant leave a message, and they have not responded to my emails or contact requests on the website..... I don't understand how a company can be in buisiness that operates this way. I guess im going to have to drive to the delivery terminal and pick up my package my self.

Truly awful. Damaged the first item . Then refused to deliver it and held it for a month . No one could get in touch with them . Then the redelivery was scheduled and they refused to bring the credenza into my home saying they don’t do white glove delivery , but the $450 I paid for delivery says different .
