I booked my flights on 27 Feb 19, traveling on 3 Mar 19 from Indianapolis to Montgomery (No problem), then (8 Mar 19) traveling from Montgomery to Atlanta to depart at 12:15 pm. Get to the Delta Counter and they tell me I don’t have a flight. Saying in was never confirmed by TRAVCO. Well on my itinerary it says “CONFIRMED”! After calling TRAVCO, the admitted it was never confirmed/booked. So now I’m sitting for the next seven hours until they can get me on the next flight to Atlanta. Furthermore, after booking my flight on 27 Feb 19, the agent “verbally” said I was all set for both flights...hmmmm!

They were very friendly and helpful. I called and gave them all the info they required, they gave me some options to fly to my next duty station, I picked the one that I liked the best and they sent me a plane ticket. It was the service I expected and couldn't be happier.

Had a wonderful time with the agents here at TRAVCO. My agent booked everything efficiently for me and when I called the next morning to cancel, it took less than two minutes!

Held for 5 minutes only to get an automated recording saying nobody was available in the office that day to take the call and to leave a message.

Booked flights for Official Travel, received a confirmation and ticketed confirmation number. Everything seemed good to go until check in on the day of travel. The reservation didn't exist. Turns out TRAVCO didn't book anything. There's some sort of disconnect between TRAVCO and DTS/Airlines. Furthermore, their after hour emergency line is a joke. I have been on hold for nearly 2 hours and it keeps telling me my wait time is 10 seconds.
