Julie helped us book our trip to Cabo and did an excellent job. The hotel had our names wrong on our transportation from the airport to the hotel. Julie worked diligently to get this corrected to ensure that we did not have any issues on arrival. She took care of everything and notified me when it was corrected. Based on our experience with Julie, we will be using her next time we travel.

Julie did a fantastic job setting up a trip for us to Cabo. She went above and beyond to find us the best deal and save us several hundred dollars. When we ran into problems with a canceled flight home Julie immediately jumped in and handled everything for us spending hours on the phone rearranging and helping us extend our resort etc, even saving us money again for the extension. She Followed up the entire time and made sure we were able to relax while she spent hours working on our behalf. I will never book a trip again without her help.
