I would have to say that this is by far the most pleasant airport experience I've had in over 25 years of flying, absolutely everyone here including TSA were very polite and friendly, I haven't seen so many smiles at an airport before! Checking in was super quick and no fuss, security was just as quick and stress free. Great little airport, I'll be using them from here on out.

Had a great time at Fly Day! Lots of good choices for Food Trucks! We went between 12:30-1:30….only disappointment was that we only got to see 1 plane take off during that time.

It's a small town with a small airport. It makes traveling to and from Stillwater very easy. It seems to me that they do two flights a day, and those are the options every day. If you are flying out of Stillwater and need to leave your car, they have free parking in front of the airport and across the street from the airport. It's really easy to park and go get on the plane. The inside of the airport is quaint. It's really easy to go through the security check and a very short walk to go into the waiting area for boarding. The waiting area has a little coffee station / machine that is free for passengers. Boarding the plane happens outside and you go up some steps to get into the plane. With how small the airport is, everything is really easy and there's not really any navigating of the layout. All of the staff is extra friendly and it makes it really easy to go in and out of this airport.

Stillwater Regional Airport (SWO) is one of the tiniest airports, offering very minimal facilities. Located in Stillwater, Oklahoma, it serves the local community with essential services. The airport primarily offers regional flights, with American Airlines providing daily connections to Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport (DFW). Facilities include basic seating, restrooms, free parking, Wi-Fi, and car rentals. Despite its small size, the airport's convenient location near Oklahoma State University and its friendly staff make it a practical choice for travelers in the area. The airport is conveniently located near Oklahoma State University, making it a popular choice for students, faculty, and visitors to the university. I haven't visited such a funny airport.

I wish I could give zero stars. This is the worst airport I’ve ever used. We have flown out of this airport multiple times and every time we are here something goes wrong. The people at the American counter are incompetent and TSA is even worse. We have flown through every major airport in the US and have NEVER been treated so poorly. My disabled, 79 year old mother in law was forced to take of her shoes (which she can not get on or off by herself) and submit to a 5 minute pat down. We are usually escorted through TSA with her never getting out of her wheelchair. The last time we brought our foreign exchange student to fly out of this airport, the American gate agent told us she would “be right back” to check her bags and never came back. We waited for her so long that we were then forced to take all her bags through TSA and because they had to inspect every single item, she missed her flight while her bags were still being inspected. We were forced to rebook 4 different connections on her route to Germany because of their incompetence. I would rather walk to Tulsa or Oklahoma City from Stillwater then EVER fly out of Stillwater again and as someone who lives and works in Stillwater, this makes me extremely sad.
