The drop-off process is consistently smooth and efficient, thanks to their high level of organization and professionalism. Both the office and warehouse teams are excellent responsive, cooperative, and dedicated to ensuring a seamless experience. In particular, Mr. Osama has been exceptionally helpful, always available to provide assistance and support whenever needed. Overall, Choice is a reliable and easy to work with partner, and I highly recommend their services.

I interacted with three people here and all of them at the office (checkin) shouldn’t be working here. I will never come here again ever!!! Margaret told me $20 to print a page of information you need to load me?… I didn’t have $20 she kicked me out of the system. Had to drive to Pilot to print out the information which was FREEEEE!!! that’s just absolutely ridiculous. 1hr of my time wasted. Came back signed in again Eva missed read my driver license issue date as expired date. I try to make her understand that I just got my license renewed NOPE couldn’t listen to whatever I had to say Boom!!!. Took me out of the system again I show her co-worker my license and she saw that my license wasn’t expired, now I have to login again for the third time what a way to begin my day. Now I have to deal with Mr. Man Rene, after loading my truck I have to beg to have the Bill of Lending (BOL) dummy Rene insist that he give me the paperwork. Where by he only gives me the paper I presented to him. Wasted another 30mins of my time trying to get the BOL. A easily 30mins pickup turned into almost 4hrs. VERY SAD 😢! Avoid this place as a driver by all means possible.

This is the worst cargo company at Newark Airport! The staff doesn't answer emails, phone calls and are very rude to the customers and their workers. I've been coming here for a little over 2 years and the things I hear the workers say to the staff is downright ABSURD!! Their new manager with the blonde hair has absolutely no idea what she's doing. She knows absolutely nothing about cargo and is very aggressive and hostile. Every time I go to pick up or drop off the management staff is always yelling and belittling the workers & customers. You're better off getting service at United Cargo, Delta Cargo & Alliance Ground.

A 3 star review of Choice Aviation Services is pure ignorance especially from a drivers perspective. The staff and management is top tier when you are polite, respectful and patient. They will go above and beyond to make sure your airline experience is fulfilled. I have been coming here daily for over a year and my job / lifestyle as a truck driver couldn’t be better by any imagine. I enjoy the atmosphere and have built great friendships with the amazing staff such as Selma, Dawn, Roxane, Maya & Peggy.

Be careful about this company for the payment. They have inferior customer skills and are sometimes so nasty. They won't refund the double payment after they lead the customer to pay. This is obviously cheating the customer.
