From the flight booking to the pick up from the airport, hotels, inter-city train transportation, etc. Everything went so smoothly Alhamdullilah, Alhamdullilah. I was honestly concerned cause my parents are a little older and I wanted to make sure they didn't run into any issues, which thank God that they didn't. Very disappointing experience and unprofessional conduct. At first, they quoted $250 per passport for a Umrah visa. Just a few days later, they unexpectedly demanded an additional $120. They later called and left a rude, condescending voicemail, implying that I wasn’t knowledgeable about the visa process. (I have all the text messages and voicemail as proof.) The most frustrating part? Anyone can easily apply for a Umrah visa directly for about $106 if you are a U.S Citizen. Save your money. There’s absolutely no need to use their services — instead, put that extra cash toward helping someone in need or a good cause.
