I took a discovery flight with our pilot Daniel and a friend. It was pretty awesome. I was not really all that optimistic. I fly all the time just not as the pilot. But this flight was different. Dan broke everything down to me Barney-style and definitely left me wanting more. I am looking forward to returning.

From Friendly customer service aircraft dispatchers at the front desk, to the professional Flight instructors, it is a first rate operation. Facility also has sleep room and shower for the traveler.

I often ask if the locals know 'how lucky they are' when I visit a place like Chesapeake. The airport is well maintained with lots of GA activity. The terminal has everything that the traveler needs on a cross country stopover and is one of the best maintained inside and out.

It is so usefull If you know how to fly a plane, it is one of the best airports to come to.
