I find that most of the employees do a good amazing job under very busy conditions, oh and their are some wonderful and attractive women to help process the AWB's too

Inside 1 bldg, 1 office. Too many Aircraft Land to this Bldg. LAN. Has too many incomong Cargo from South America. CATHAY PACIFIC HKG. CHINA AIRLINES TAIWAN. and QUATAR Emirates Need more employees at the Wharehouse ? Plus the SYSTEM in the counter is Slow ?

So bad, cargo department tell me amazing answer. My cargo suppose transfer to IAH, the OP said she "don't know". WTF, she doesn't know, then who knows.

Horrible customer service. Cargo lands at 6am and they don’t unload until the afternoon.
