Needed to fly to Taiwan and Japan for work and had barely ever heard of Cathay Pacific, but chose them as they’re a One World airline and I’m top tier on American Airlines. Checking in at BOS was great! Friendly and even though I was flying Premium Economy, I’m Emerald, so I got first class line and lounge access throughout. The flight was great, very smooth and Premium Economy seating was quite nice for the 15+ hour flight. Even their priority luggage tagging worked great because my suitcase was one of the first I saw on the carousel once I got to Taiwan. Highly recommend Cathay!

Cathay Pacific is one of these flights that never accept their faults and never give you compensation, due to not having a full visa on my passport or ETA I was brought all the way to Nepal from Toronto and I got deported. The worst situation of my whole life due to one mistake by Cathey Pacific i request to all avoid this flight because they never work for humans only for money

Disappointing. From delays, to not having anybody to talk to at Logan, to pour customer service through WhatsApp that took a week to get a response, to poorly handling refunds. Just happy that I got safely home

I loved it! At the beginning of the flight a very nice crew member gave me a free Cathay Pacific plane toy and they helped us when I dropped the plane in the seat. The food was delicious and the ice cream was the best! I rode the plane 4 times and everything was great! I played the angry birds game and watched the Super Mario movie. I highly recommend this airline and I don't know what the other bad reviews are saying. Cathay Pacific is great! You should try it!

Their service is terrible. Staff are rude and unprofessional. They didn’t smile and I didn’t understand their English much. I won’t take their planes ever again. My trip just started from the airport and partially ruined by them already.
