Best place I've worked in a long time. They really take care of their equipment. Only Freightliner Cascadias in the fleet. Battery APUs with Opti Idle to charge the batteries when they get low. Opti Idle - you turn the truck key switch to on position then set the Opti Idle. The truck will start automatically and run for 2 hours to charge the APU batteries. Once batteries are charged the truck will turn off till needed again. Power inverter, built in refrigerator, and Smart TV provided in the truck. Your choice of fuel locations to pick from. You access fuel discount locations from their tablet and you can choose when to fuel from their suggestions. You pick fuel stops from the main/major truck stops. Home every weekend unless you want to stay out longer. Two pay packages to choose from .64 cents per mile with 15 paid days off (earned the first year, accumulates as you work thru the year) and holiday pay.

Lazy drivers are appreciated more than the hard working drivers. It is hard doing your job when drivers don’t do their pre trips and post trips and don’t say anything to anyone their is no consequences for drivers leaving a bad trailer just a slap on the wrist. My dispatch was very understanding.
