My husband booked a flight from Glendive Montana to Billings. It's a four hour drive, so the hour flight seemed like a great idea. He arrived at the airport at 1045 for a 1217 flight. Waited waited waited.. at 145 they issued him a ticket and said it was a little delayed and left. At 4 pm, I called Cape Air and spoke to Mary. She was very rude and apparently I inconvenienced her. She said it was not the airlines responsibility to inform passengers if they are delayed. I'm a reasonable human being, and I felt like asking if my husband was even going to get a flight to Billings today was a reasonable question. He did have a connecting flight to Seattle after all. The flight did eventually show up 4 hours late. Do not use them if you have any time constraints. If you don't mind rude customer service people or hanging around an airport indefinitely, it might be okay with you

Solid transport. I really think they should offer ear plugs. It's a minimal cost and makes such a huge difference on general aviation flights. Staff was very professional. I won't comment on the bumps as they are expected in a light twin down low. Pilot nailed it lading in Boston. What a great service in Maine. Will need to use this more.

A deeply unprofessional airline. If you ever fly with them, be prepared to be bumped from your flight, and then watch as they put other people on the flight they just bumped you from. If you complain about your experience to their customer service, be prepared for a gaslighting and condescending response. While I was waiting for my very delayed flight (after getting bumped from the flight I should have been on), about half of the other people flying Cape Air that day had complaints. These ranged from waiting for over six hours to losing thousands of dollars over missed connections.

I cannot recommend this place at all. Came to ptown for a birthday with a group of friends. I think each one of us experienced either a cancellation or luggage left behind. We landed at Logan, our flight was canceled as soon as we landed, they started off saying we were late for the prior flight to then rushing us on to another flight and didn’t bring our bags. Take the ferry.

Outstanding experience. Flight from Rutland, VT was easy and uneventful. Cape Air is at the far end of Logan in Term C. Lots of seating with electrical outlets in the terminal. Very friendly gate agents. NOTE: you will walk down one flight of stairs to get to the tarmac, which is where you will board the plane. If you need an accessible entrance to the tarmac, tell the gate agents as a freight elevator is available further down the terminal.
