    First class service and support from the Business Class Company. They arranged our travel to and from Vancouver BC to Tahiti. Friendly, efficient service. All was smooth and great down to Tahiti, great vacation. However, we received notice from Delta Airlines the day before our return, Tahiti, LAX, YVR that their flight was cancelled. Delta rerouted us from Tahiti to Tokyo, Japan connecting to a Nipon flight to YVR. 36 hours flying. We were given flight numbers, times and even seat numbers for both flights. Check in was only available at the airport. We arrived for our early morning departure and tried to check in, only to be told that Delta had not issued tickets and we were therefore not on this flight. Can you imagine the anxiety, trying to contact Delta by cell phone from Tahiti! Over 20 minutes to connect with a Delta agent. The agent said they had no information and were not able to understand the issue. While one of us was holding for Delta to understand the problem I phoned Business Class, Jacob answered immediately, checked and realized the issue. Within minutes Jacob and Rick resolved the issue and emailed new tickets, back from Tahiti via LAX to Vancouver. What a blessing, great guys. Problem solved, although the return flights were not that day. We had extra time in Tahiti. Our appreciation and thanks to Jacob and Rick. We highly recommend this company. Great support.

    I’ve used this service three times now. The first time I was cautious, not knowing how the process worked. The second time I experienced a cancellation, and while I was charged the fare difference, the airline service they chose was solid. This third time was a mix of positives and challenges. On the positive side, Calyx my rep was very helpful and attentive, finding me a better flight, price, and schedule than I had originally seen. My main concern was seating. I was told they couldn’t confirm seats until after booking. While you can see available seating options, actually reserving them requires either an extra fee or waiting until about three months before the flight —After my concerns were shared with Calyx, he went back to his Manager for solution. They were considerate and the customer service team was very responsive to my concerns and they credited the seats on our outgoing flight, which I appreciated, even though they weren’t able to do so for all passengers on the return flight. Overall, I am satisfied with my savings and would rate them a overall 4.

    The airline cancelled our flight and Business class only offered one to us two days before. We wanted any day after our original flight but they never offered it even though I repeatedly asked them to find a later flight. My sister and her husband were put on a later flight but Business class denied our repeated requests. So we have additional expenses. Also, they initially tried to make us pay more than $250 to schedule another flight. What a rip off! After my repeated rejections of our paying more, they finally found flights without additional cost but only because I kept at them. I am really disappointed with the customer service from Business Class. Our original agent Stephanie Hyde ghosted me when our original flight was cancelled, then Mr. Redington took over. He responded in a timely manner, but still did not find flights that we wanted from March 18 - 21. So we had to settle for March 16 which will cost us additional money for lodging and food. The whole experience left a very bas taste in my mouth. Very poor customer service.

    Amazing service! Jasper was absolutely incredible in helping me book my ticket. He went above and beyond to find the best price and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. His communication was fast, friendly, and professional. Highly recommend Jasper — he truly deserves to be praised for his outstanding service!

    Just finished booking my fifth (or maybe sixth!) trip with Business-Class, and once again, the experience was fantastic. Every booking has been seamless, and I’ve consistently paid less than I would if booking directly with the airline. They even suggest smart ways to save more; like taking short connecting flights in economy on the same booking. I highly recommend these folks, especially if you’re looking for an elevated business-class experience at a great value!

    I am extremely impressed with the service provided by Business Class. I am planning to travel to India later in the year and there are so many options to travel there. I searched some airlines websites and the pricing I was getting was unaffordable. I contacted Lara in Business Class. She gave me excellent options within a couple of hours after I contacted her. The pricing was much better than I could see in other travel apps that I had access to. I was able to book my flight the very next day. This is the second time I have used this service and both the times my experience was excellent.

    Oscar was amazing at finding all our flight options at the best rate possible. He was professional, patient and consistent in communications! We are excited for our trip now that Oscar secured all our flights. We will use Business Class from now on and know we can count on him for future trips.

    Business-Class and Tristan in particular are great. Tristan communicates very well and works very fast. Tristan, while working remotely in Europe for an office there, went to college in the US, communicates very well in English and knows American customs and life. He and I just had a very complicated booking, with a huge number of options and US departure cities to evaluate, as well as vastly different business class fares. It took a large amount of work over multiple weeks. But he/we got it done. I think he's a great guy too. Pleasant to work with.
