What the cabin may lack in space, The Crew make up for in care! They were well spoken, engaged & make you feel genuinely comfortable in a way that makes you feel like a friend. I firsthand was next to another passenger who gave them a hard time, just to see them turn it around in such class and Grace; something that few companies embrace. If you ever come across Kim, Jacob & Captain Jeff, you're in wonderful hands!

Trust me, don’t do it!! I have so many thoughts about this bait and switch company! First issue, my brand new luggage was badly damaged. I reported it at the airport at the breeze ticketing counter as soon and I retrieved my checked bag. I was told the person who handles this was not available and to go to the ticketing counter. The rep spoke with their supervisor via cell phone. I was given a website to report the issue and she wrote down a phone number. I went to the website which stated that I needed to report it at the Breeze desk at the airport, which is what I had just done so that was a waste of time! I called them and they had an automated message that said to either call or text them. I texted Breeze and they stopped responding to my texts. This is getting ridiculous! How do I get reimbursed for my luggage? Also, the day before, we were switched to a smaller plane with none of the amenities that we were promised, including no WiFi. I also had a seat that was full of someone's chewing gum in multiple areas of the seat, including the menu, seat tray, and other areas. I have photos of these issues. Then, to make matters worse, our flight was delayed twice within the span of 2 hours and they switched our return plane AGAIN!! No one wants to be on that nasty, dirty plane again! Someone needs to refund us our money and replace my luggage!! I will add this review EVERYWHERE I can with photos!

When things go well, it’s a fine, bare bones airline. When something goes wrong, it’s terrible. Great flight to Portland, ME with no issues, except our check in agent was definitely having a bad day. Coming home, two separate mechanical issues resulted in an 18 hour delay. Communication and customer service was horrible. No way to contact anyone except by text or email. No one who works for Breeze at the airport knows anything. Hoping we get reimbursed for hotel, meals and Uber home as our prearranged free ride was no longer available. Will not fly this airline again if I can help it. On the upside, we were reimbursed for all expenses within a week, totaling slightly less than $300 for two people. I wonder if others who were single travelers or had to get a more expensive hotel (we got the last room at the closest airport "budget" hotel) got more than the "up to $150 per person" that was offered.

At airport trying to get moving next to family. Baggage check terminal said to do at gate. Even though Jacksonville did it at baggage check terminal. Gate says they cannot do it. Something that was happily done within 2 minutes at Jacksonville airport cannot be done here. Employees act like you're bother them even to ask the question. Message breeze on Facebook I've been over 20 minutes and still no reply!

I flew with breeze twice this year both times from Richmond to Sarasota and then Tampa back to Richmond. I do not understand the bad reviews. For a very cheap flight I was very pleased. Comfortable seats WiFi and with the accent package you get free food and drinks (alcohol included) flight attendants were friendly. Had one delay but I’m okay with that because they were making sure the breaks were functioning properly. I rather wait an extra hour or two and land safely knowing they’re doing all their safety checks.
