Staff were great and so were facilities. They need to get reliable flights if they expect people to fly from there though. On 3/6 with good weather the flight was 2 hours delayed causing almost everyone to miss connecting flights. They did give a full refund as it messed the whole vacation but that does not make up for 2 days wasted PTO and missing out on Florida sun and fun. I personally will never be using the brainerd airport again if Delta is the servicing airline.
