Never knew this existed. And so close to my home! A friend explained through word of mouth how this bus system works. I walked outside from Logan baggage pickup, I waited no longer than 15 minutes and the bus pulled up. For a fraction of other services, this bus trip made only one stop to South station for about 20 minutes and then brought me all the way to my exit. The ride itself was very, very comfortable as the seats are high backs and very soft. It was raining during the trip and traffic was a little bit heavy but I didn't have to do anything and it was smooth all the way. How did I not know about this?!?! From here on I will be taking the Boston Express bus to and from Logan airport because of the ease, the cost, and the comfort. A+ experience.

I take this daily into boston, great easy way to commute. For those looking to get to Logan for flights, A+++ service and cheap. From Salem, $17 1 way or $14 each way round trip.

Fast and easy ride in to Logan Airport. Wouldn't buy the return ticket until I know my return flight is on time, online purchase makes getting tickets easy.

Hands down the best bus company I've ever dealt with. Their drivers are great, the buses are nice and clean and they are almost always right on time.

Always receive prompt efficient service. The terminal is always clean and comfortable seating.
