Tried using this site for a flight, booked it, then Martin called to tell me that my flight to was confirmed and that my baggage would have fees, I told him it wouldn't(I have members rewards number) but told him to continue since my response confused him. He then told me my return flight would be "stand by" unless I paid $30 extra to have a confirmed flight. He tried telling me my return flight was sold out, as soon as he said that I checked the airlines website and my flight was being advertised as I wanted only 10$ extra. I told Martin that since he couldn't honor the prices on his site he can cancel it and I would buy it directly. I called the number because I didn't receive confirmation of cancelling and was totally rude. He didn't say his name but it was Martin again. He hadn't cancelled my booking and said I could get the flight just had to pay more, I told him NO, I already bought a flight directly from the airline. He said my booking was cancelled and hung up on me without any further information. Martin was rude and unprofessional. I looked up the address for this "Agency" It's a residence! I figure it's some guy (Martin) working out of his house using search engines to buy flights for his customers. I see some positive reviews and I am glad that they had positive experiences BUT not me.

After reading other people review I can definitely understand everyone's complaint with this booking agent. I booked my flight for two travelers paid all my fees and received an email within minutes of booking the same night. I later got an email saying that my etickets would be emailed to me within 30 minutes. I waited and didn't think anything of it. I ended up waiting 3 days and received nothing so I decided to call and see why nothing had been sent. The first time I called I went through the prompts and went to existing reservations and spoke to Brad. I was informed that the flight was "severely" over booked and they could offer me an alternate flight with multiple layovers. I told him I had to consult with my partner and I would call back. His phone kept breaking up on certain parts of what he was saying but when I hung up the phone I received an email saying my reservation had been cancelled. I immediately called back and Peter answers the phone. He put me on hold twice for two minutes and somehow had all my information pulled up regarding the flight before I even said anything about the reservation. So I call back a third time and ask to speak to someone above Brad and Peter and they both claimed there wasn't anyone above them and tomorrow there wouldn't be anyone either. Ironically the money I paid this booking agent was taken out my account and put back in before I even made the call. I went on the american airlines website and the same flight and tickets that I had purchased through this booking agent were available. I paid a little bit more than I wanted to for them but I was sent everything I needed in the same instant of clicking the payment. I said all this to say this company is scammers trying to weasel each and every person they can for a dollar! I was very furious and disappointed. I would never use this cite again nor would I ever recommend it! They deserve no stars but google says I have to atleast leave one. I will never understand how people are ok with scamming others for their hard earned money.

This is probably one of those times that placing one star is too much But that is the lowest Google would let us go haha unfortunately things like booking through them and then after the booking has been fulfilled and done they contact you and asking for more money or claiming to cancel your reservation seems to be a thing with this business. This is definitely not acceptable and I see it as unethical as well. please watch out before making a decision and spending your money.

I found a deal good through them last week and I paid for it. They call me today asking to pay more money since other websites had same flight more expensive by $50. When I told them that I already paid and I should not pay an extra money for no reason, they threatened to cancel my flight and charge me $20.

Called me and told me I have to pay extra to make my flight or they would cancel me now u tell me how would u feel if u we’re a nurse just not any nurse a Covid 19 nurse seeing all the dangerous n scary thing I just want to see me family n friends so I booked them a flight n been call 10 mins after paying for it get a phone call and get told to pay $65 more on my 90.34 payment that I payed to get my friends out here but they want more money I don’t have I support my self family and friends be cuz of this pandemic so I feel played hurt sad feel like this world is coming to a end on niceness n respect for others
