Boltonfield is very nice. The EAA flight was exceptional. Kids had a lot of fun.

Nice little airport but we went there for JP's barbecue. They had a Mother's Day buffet it was great.

Great little airport. Has a tower which is odd for such a small place, but there is a very active flight school so it makes sense. There is a helicopter operator with 4 hughes 500D's, and a big show building photo aircraft. No maintenance facilities for the public. Very friendly and helpful tenants and staff.

The crew at Bolton Field are true professionals. From those who staff the control tower to the folks who run Capital City Jet Center. All of them are kind, helpful and downright good people. JP's has some fantastic food and the best fries I've ever had. If you're looking at pursuing a private pilot certificate this is the place to do it. Great prices and great aircraft!

My grandson loves airplanes, so we have been visiting airfields to watch planes take off and land. I can only rate Bolton Field based on this type of visit. The woman at the desk was friendly and helpful, giving us information on where we could go to observe and what to expect to see today. The observation area is limited, looking through bars, which makes seeing far to either side difficult. We did get to see two helicopters come in, which is a unique experience for us, but they land behind buildings that block our view. We were there too early in the morning to visit JP's. It opens at 11:00 am.
