I used Jeanne to plan a trip and she made the whole booking process a breeze. When my Delta flight was cancelled, due to the CrowdStrike IT outage, Jeanne assisted big time getting the five hotel reservations cancelled as well as getting me a refund from Delta. I’m planning to book a trip next year and will not hesitate to use Jeanne.

Everything was good, the hours in a van was tough, age maybe a factor! I love all the venues we saw and hotels stays. I would have liked to see different ways of Ghanaian living neighborhoods, ie upper and middle class housing. The point of no return was my interest, very difficult, but necessary.
