A bus has been parked and cranked in my subdivision since 5am. Their answering service hasn’t been able to get anyone to turn it off or move it. I asked for the call to be escalated and the operator said it’s to early. I suppose she thinks I want to be up this early because a driver left their vacant bus turned on for the last 2 hours.

A huge shout out for Mr. Terry Leak who was our coach driver this past week as we toured the Carolinas. Terry was an amazing driver who was always thinking about our needs and requests - from always getting us where we needed to be on time to keeping us comfortable throughout our rides. But, in my opinion, what really set Terry apart was the interest he showed to our group , starting with learning all our names and greeting us by name whenever we got on or off the motorcoach. (No small task, and such a big way to show us he valued us.) He engaged with us all, and was extremely kind and respectful to all. He made every attempt to attend each of our concerts and was generous with his praise and encouragement. He truly became “part of the family” and there were many hugs to be shared at the end of our time together! If you get the chance to have Mr. Terry as your driver, you will be blessed indeed! He is truly an amazingly kind man who you will be glad you had a chance to interact with. I hope our paths cross again!

Black Tie Transportation was so easy and great to work with. They responded to my emails quickly, they called to confirm reservations and were where exactly on time. would work them anytime!

I would not recommend this business. The people answering the phone don’t know very much information. Also I was reserving a vehicle for well over 8 hours and was still quoted a 1 hour pick up and drop off fee added to my quote when I live 15 minutes from the business. To not waive that feels like bad business. Not someone I want driving me around on my birthday.

Black Tie was professional in offering their fleet selections, and their pricing was great. We had a rough time trying to find a wedding getaway car and potential shuttles for our event that fit our exact needs, but Black Tie was affordable, responsive, and so straightforward with their quotes! Our driver arrived to the venue before the designated time, and was a safe, courteous driver. Thank you, Black Tie!
