Horrible service, no one answers the phones OR emails. I waited for hours for a reply via email and had to call, demading to speak to a manager to get a response. Beyond ridiculous.

I'm waiting here NOW more than an hour. (6.7.22 / noon). The lady in pic says there is only one driver to bring the bags. People are not happy. She says its a FIVE man job. So Avianca charges us $1k+ for a tik but can't deliver bags on time. UNBELIEVABLE.
