They are forcing us to reserve hotel rooms through them for a soccer tournament for 10 year olds. But they cleared our room block without warning and now we can't book our rooms. But they're still saying we need to book rooms through them or we'll be disqualified for the tournament (that we've already paid in full). This company is a pariah. A complete waste. They do nothing but take money from parents and make their lives far more difficult and stressful.

Forced to use Anthony Travel for an IMG soccer tournament. We wanted to book an additional night at the hotel. I put in the request - no response. I called for a follow up. No response - they said they put the request in and were waiting for the hotel. 6 WEEKS later, I called again and they still had not processed my request. They apologized, said that the IMG event team was working on it with the hotel - that it was pending. I asked how many times did they follow up with the hotel to find out the status - they could not tell me. I asked if I could speak to someone in the IMG event team - they declined. He told me these things take time and the IMG event team is backed up! 6 WEEKS! So he said that someone would get back to me by the end of this week because after that, they are off for holiday break! In the absence of being able to speak with anyone who could actually help me, I did inform him that I would be leaving a 1 star review, and informed him that Anthony Travel already had an average review of 2.1.

Terrible experience as a customer. They never deliver your actual reservation information of the hotel so no way to verify your room. It’s like a reservation black hole every time and if you try to call, it’s impossible to get in touch with anyone who can help you or provide any useful information. Not sure how these guys are in business and continue to force organizations to book team travel.

not sure of the value because my Schools have always paid for me, but there was obviously a slight up charge on the airfare price itself. However, the agents are not knowledgeable about the most straightforward routes and will instead try to save $20 by making you fly a connecting flight that goes through an extra airport with 3 extra hours of travel time. There are better smarter ways to book flights to get people where they need to go at specific times, but my booking agent made my long travel day unnecessarily longer. A real head scratcher.

I purchased a travel package from Tony in July with sharelife and he never showed me how to get into the application. Every time we set up a zoom call for him to go over teaching me how to use it, he always has an excuse why he doesn’t show up. I should have looked at his BBB score which is a D-. No one should do any business with Anthony Diehl, he just makes empty promises and steals your money!!! I will be calling Sharelife this week to let them know they might want to get someone better to represent their company!!!
