Yet another great flight from an AAmazing AAirline! I flew from DCA to GSP and then back home and both flights were excellent and offered great service. I love that DCA is a hub for AA as I have so many options for nonstop flights, like this one! All of the staff I encountered were helpful and great. Flight might have been delayed from GSP back to DCA, but we arrived on time, actually early! I’ll continue to be a satisfied customer of American Airlines!

Terrible experience. Flight delayed then canceled. GSP is about a 20 minute hop to CLT and 40 minute flight from Atlanta. Instead of bringing an airplane from one of those places, they chose to wait for a part to come and repair. Totally sold out plane of passengers stranded. Rude employees snarky and disrespectful. Pilot said AA has no pilots due letting them go at Covid. I missed my family in the Grand Canyon. They flew Spirit and made it there just fine.

My carry-on bag with a lot of sensitive items and electronics had to be checked in and that sucks big time. I said no I can’t do it and they wouldn’t let me board the flight if I didn’t.
