Took our American flag bandana off our bag like the baggage people had to cut it or untie it off the bag. It was deliberate. Also dropped our carseat off at the wrong place so we would have to tote it throughout the airport. Worst baggage service.

Somehow a worse experience than flying spirit.

Because this cargo station operates under a third-party contractor, the service quality leaves much to be desired. The employees are often undertrained and frequently understaffed. Corporate’s attitude seems to be, “We don’t care about our cargo customers, so don’t expect improvement.” It’s disappointing as some employees are excellent while others could benefit from additional hours (and probably pay) from management.

Be nice if their hours were listed online. Went there to pick something up and they closed at 4pm and I arrived at like 4:10pm. Took a picture of their hours in the window to try and help out others.
