I bring freight in a semi on a fairly regular basis. Easy access. Professional staff. Goal oriented. Other than no restroom use by customers or truckers because of posted covid restrictions, not an awful experience.

Not the greatest, and not everyone is friendly. They have a couple people that work the front counter that are to be less desired to work with and they aren't always so friendly and say hello or have a good day.

Please don’t come here. Go to Southwest they’re polite. They don’t type with one finger every representative. That’s there. Takes 40 minutes for you to book it. It is ridiculous. They have the worst customer service. Bernard’s been there for 25 years, but wouldn’t take an airway bill number and a pre-book.# and was yelling at me
