I am writing to formally recognize and commend American Airlines customer service representative Stacy Aboytez (St. Louis) for her truly exceptional service. I was recently stranded at STL overnight after a delay on another airline caused me to miss my connection. I was alone, scared, and overwhelmed in an unfamiliar city. Stacy didn't just dismiss me or give me a number to call; she sat with me, listened patiently, and showed genuine empathy. She went far above and beyond her duties, working diligently to rebook my flight and print all my boarding passes for the next day. More importantly, she made me feel safe. She advised me on the safest place to sit overnight, pointed out the police station, and told me where I could get snacks. She even invited me to check in with her the next morning before my new flight. Stacy's kindness, professionalism, and compassion turned a terrifying experience into a manageable one. She is an incredible asset to American Airlines and the reason I now have such a positive view of your company and St. Louis's airport. She absolutely deserves to be highlighted for her outstanding service.

Due to Gov restrictions the gate we had to go was occupied by another plane in Savanna, 45 min. Later we finally exited the plane who was on hold.

Fly American Airlines often, no complaints. Glad they are checking group numbers at the gate. Some entitled customers pretend to be earlier called group numbers, and we saw them being sent back to wait for their group number to be called. It is nice that the airlines are sending folks back, who try to skip the line.

Recently traveled internationally using American Airlines. Staff was amazingly friendly if under all the travel restrictions staff was helpful friendly and courteous would highly recommend This airlines for any travel needs Planes are extremely well clean comfortable seating. flight attendants were amazing as was all the staff thanks for a great trip to a fantastic vacation.

Great airline friendly people
